Day 64 Psalms 13:5-6

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for a New Day to sing praises unto Him! I thank The Lord that He hears our cries and prayers and blesses us. I am Thankful for the Love that comes from knowing Christ Jesus!

It is Written,“But I trust in your unfailing love. I will rejoice because you have rescued me. I will sing to the Lord because he has been so good to me.” (Psalms 13:5-6)

“But I trust in your unfailing love.” God’s unfailing love, what does this mean to us? Well, think about it this way, the Lord set a standard which is His Word and promise given unto us. We all know the Word that was sent, because it our daily bread and for the promise, it is the Holy Spirit who Jesus said will be with us forever! God so loved us he not only gave us scripture to live by, but a counselor whenever we need help on any situation. So when someone in the bible says they put their trust into the Lord, it means 100 percent Faithfulness. Now how many of us have had this track record with our emotions towards God? I know many times when I come under distress or trails, I used to feel like my faith was weakening or God wasn’t hearing my prayers. Even when I was lost in the world, I used to feel that I had sinned to the point where God come never use me. But it is by God’s Grace that this wasn’t the truth. Have you ever wondering why people don’t pray for the Spirit of Happiness? Because it is the Spirit of Joy that will keep us always!
.
“I will rejoice because you have rescued me I will sing to the Lord because he has been so good to me.” I truly rejoice in the Lord for saving me. I praise him because when I felt beat up, lost and defeated, he renewed me and lifted me up. For if True Love is the essence of the Lord; then Love can never be about emotions. Emotions can change like seconds in the day, But God has remain the same even before the beginning of time. This is why Jesus calls us above all things to Love. This is why when Paul said even over hope and his own Faith he would chose Love. We must understand that it is not about the feeling; it is about the security of the Word of the Lord that we should seek for daily. If you believe in the Lord because of your feelings, then where would that leave you? Joy one day and then you are lost another. We are called to believe and Love the Lord through every up and down, because that is what he has done for us. When you start understanding that Love is not an emotion, but a firm commitment, you will truly know the Heart of your Father who is in Heaven.
.

Prayer: I Pray in Jesus Name that everyone who reads this today is blessed with the Love and Compassion of the Lord!

Day 61 Matthew 4:1-11

It is written, “Then Jesus was led out into the wilderness by the Holy Spirit to be tempted there by the Devil.  For forty days and forty nights he ate nothing and became very hungry.  Then the Devil came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, change these stones into loaves of bread.” But Jesus told him, “No! The Scriptures say People need more than bread for their life; they must feed on every word of God. ‘Then the Devil took him to Jerusalem, to the highest point of the Temple , and said, “If you are the Son of God, jump off! For the Scriptures say, He orders his angels to protect you. And they will hold you with their hands to keep you from striking your foot on a stone.’ “Jesus responded, “The Scriptures also say, `Do not test the Lord your God.’* “Next the Devil took him to the peak of a very high mountain and showed him the nations of the world and all their glory. 9 “I will give it all to you,” he said, “If you will only kneel down and worship me. “Get out of here, Satan,” Jesus told him. “For the Scriptures say, you must worship the Lord your God; serve only him. “Then the Devil went away, and angels came and cared for Jesus.” Matthew 4:1-11

“Then Jesus was led out into the wilderness by the Holy Spirit to be tempted there by the Devil.  For forty days and forty nights he ate nothing and became very hungry.” We must understand that the temptation of Christ did not happen until after receiving His Baptism. In Preparation of his attack against the enemy, he fasted for 40 days only to be nourished by the Word of the Lord. Even though Jesus was weakened in His Body, he was overwhelming strengthen in His Spirit! He exchanged natural food for the supernatural power of God’s Word. “Then the Devil came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, change these stones into loaves of bread.” Now stop here, I don’t want you to miss what was just said. The devil asked Jesus if he was the son of God, he would command the stones. Now, the devil knew Jesus was the Son of God, but said if so he could see how Jesus would react. If you don’t know who you are in the Lord, it will not be validity but the enemy. The devil through every situation is trying to test your faith and what your destiny is in the Lord. I can’t tell you how many people fall under the lie of sin. They see what they have done in their life and because of their actions; they condemn themselves to living a life that isn’t who they are. We must see this lie and cut it off at the root!

“But Jesus told him, “No! The Scriptures say People need more than bread for their life; they must feed on every word of God.” Combat the devils lie with the Word of the Lord. Through every situation, Use God’s Word to validity what is going on. We all fall on hard times and even looking at this situation that Jesus was going through, we could have said, “ Oh well, I was hungry and didn’t eat for 40 days that is why I failed.” It is only by the Strength that comes from the hearing and doing the Word of The Lord that we are made stronger. Don’t ever give into the lies of the devil. If he tried to deny that Jesus was the Son of the Most High God, then how much will he comes against you and your destiny? God has a plan for your life that was set a long time ago, but how much longer will you let the lies of the enemy stop you from becoming what God has called you too?

Day 59 1 Corinthians 12:4-7

It is written,“Now there are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but it is the same Holy Spirit who is the source of them all. There are different kinds of service in the church, but it is the same Lord we are serving. There are different ways God works in our lives, but it is the same God who does the work through all of us.  A spiritual gift is given to each of us as a means of helping the entire church.”(1 Corinthians 12:4-7)
.
“Now there are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but it is the same Holy Spirit who is the source of them all.” Taking a quote from Paul, “Now Brothers and sisters, concerning about spiritual gifting, I do not want you to be ignorant!” It is important for the body of Christ to understand what the purpose of Spiritual gifting. As you have read this posting, God has a special purpose for your life and when I say you, I mean you. When God created you, he put inside of you something special to give to the world and when Jesus died, he gave us the Holy Spirit to gain access to the power to achieve God’s plan for your life. This may come as a surprise to some and a reminder, but the promise of the Holy Spirit is the way to access the giftings that The Lord wants you to bring to this world. “There are different kinds of service in the church, but it is the same Lord we are serving.” As there are different services to be done within the church and the body of Christ, so shall there be different people to do these things. It has been assumed before, that when many answer the calling of The Lord that they will become a preacher, but there are more areas within the church that need servicing. Some will feed the poor; others will evangelize to the youth and to other will help the elderly, but all will be done for the Glory of The Lord.

There are different ways God works in our lives, but it is the same God who does the work through all of us.” The Lord uses us all in different ways. He has blessed me with my online minister and to another it might be passing on what they learn to a co-worker at work. You never know how God will use you, but never think that what you are doing is less than anyone else. It is just like a finger thinking it is less than the head, all in all, they both work together to make up the body. “A spiritual gift is given to each of us as a means of helping the entire church.” We are all gifted to help the whole body of Christ. Today, I pray that those who know there calling in the Lord continue forth and those who yet do not know, Pray and ask the Lord to reveal to them their part in the kingdom. God has a plan for your life and once you figure this out, you will be operating in the Gifting God has for you.

Day 52 Joshua 1:3-9

I promise you what I promised Moses: ‘Wherever you set foot, you will be on land I have given you … No one will be able to stand against you as long as you live. For I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will not fail you or abandon you.”(Joshua 1:3-9)

A great many of us are living a lie. Even though we are faithful in are daily works for the Lord there is a deep upon deep hungering in our souls to be greater. Many of us feel this way because we have not seen the greater things Jesus spoke about within the natural world. I have always been amazed to see healing and miracles break out at a evangelistic event, but I know God has called us to Acts of The Spirit that no man can deny. Lord has placed within me a vision of signs and miracles from even the lest of the believers in his name.

There has to be a breaking point where we put behind the natural world and enter into the realm of The Spirit. My prayer today is that everyone who has a deep upon deep yearning for the greater Acts of The Spirit continually pray in Faith in the name of Jesus name. I pray all strong holds that may be in your life be Broken in Jesus Name! I also pray for The Spirit to overcome all obstacles. We are called to be warriors in God’s Kingdom, but what is a Warrior if we do not see victory? I pray that Mantle of Victory Be upon you in this hour let none who ask go without the Lord’s Blessing.

Day 48 Colossians 2:16-19

“Tradition of Men!”
“So don’t let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new-moon ceremonies or Sabbaths. For these rules were only shadows of the real thing, Christ himself. Don’t let anyone condemn you by insisting on self-denial. And don’t let anyone say you must worship angels, even though they say they have had visions about this. These people claim to be so humble, but their sinful minds have made them proud. But they are not connected to Christ, the head of the body. For we are joined together in his body by his strong sinews, and we grow only as we get our nourishment and strength from God.” (Colossians 2:16-19)
“So don’t let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new-moon ceremonies or Sabbaths.” We live in a time of spirit and in truth. It is in Gods Word states that we should not condemn anyone who holds certain days or holidays as holy. “For these rules were only shadows of the real thing, Christ himself. Don’t let anyone condemn you by insisting on self-denial. And don’t let anyone say you must worship angels, even though they say they have had visions about this.”
“These people claim to be so humble, but their sinful minds have made them proud.”  We must understand that we are all the body of Christ. We each have a part of the body that we operate in. I knew of many who have been mislead by teaching that were false. Many filled with pride because they Worshiped the Lord on a certain day or named their Church a certain name which gave them authority and power. Through all these things, people must understand it is just a shadow of who Christ truly is. “But they are not connected to Christ, the head of the body. For we are joined together in his body by his strong sinews, and we grow only as we get our nourishment and strength from God.” Do not feel condemned by man, but renewed by the Spirit o the Lord. Never let the Truths of man way against, because it is the Lord that ultimately will judge your heart.

Day 34 Ephesians 6:12

“Division Between Us!”

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” (Ephesians 6:12)

.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood! There is a division between us that most people do not see and understand. For we create and finance wars and spending billion upon billions of dollar to fight our enemy of flesh. Many men and women are killed in this so called fight against evil and even more, people unite against other people to combat one another in the name of righteousness. But how successful is this crusade against the flesh? I liken this to going to a puppet show and slaying the puppets for their ill will and leaving the puppeteer alive. There are two realities set before us; one is the physical world, and the other is the spiritual world. I know for most of you, this is not a new concept, but it is one we must continue to build understanding about to put in full perspective of what is really going on.
.
The dark forces that work against us are not the planes that crash into buildings or the leaders and dictators who abuse. It is the spiritual forces behind these people and events that we must fight against. But how do we fight what we cannot see?  It is the same principle given to us by faith which is to Believe in things unseen but known. Our great adversary and great assets are one in the same. Belief in the unseen is the only way we as Gods’ people will survive. Understand, these things will manifest in two ways, one from the rulers on high and the second by the Faith in God. For too long, the men and women of God have seen the fruit of the evil rulers and forces; But God is calling for a time like this for our Fruits of Faith to Manifest.  The Spiritual legacy passed down through Jesus to us is greater than what we see in the world!

Day 30 Romans 7:19-23

“You are Not your Flesh!”

“For what I do is not good that I want to do; no, it is evil that I do not want to do-this I keep on doing. Now, if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but the sin living in me that does it. So I find this law at work; when I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God’s Law, but I see another law at work in the members of my flesh…” (Romans 7:19-23)

.

“For what I do is not good that I want to do; no, it is evil that I do not want to do-this I keep on doing.” I would phrase this passage, “The Story of our Life.” The struggle to do what is right but finding yourself doing wrong. I have heard many people tell me of their struggles to Honor the Word of the Lord. To even open up their Bibles daily and to read just a verse or two, they find it next to impossible to do on a daily basis. Even harder than that, is to live a life by Godly standards. Many will try for couples of weeks and then find themselves in the same backslid state.

.
“So I find this law at work; when I want to do good, evil I right there with me.” Beloved, you must understand this key point, I have made it a mission in my life to encourage all of God’s Children. When you are preparing to do right, The Word of the Lord says Satan is right with you ready to make you stumble. This is why living a righteous life for The Lord is so hard, because the enemy is by your side trying to discourage you from doing the Work of the Lord.
.
“For in my inner being I delight in God’s Law, but I see another law at work in the members of my flesh…” Today you must realize this; you are not your Flesh! You are not the sin you commit. Do not believe in the lies that have been spoken about you. God has a mighty purpose for your life. The reason why you find it so hard sometimes is because the devil knows what God has put inside of you. Believe and Delight in God’s Law. There is a level of Freedom that God wants you to live at, but to achieve this, you must look beyond your sin and hold onto Grace.

Day 28 Matthew 13:54-58

“Prophet Without a Home!”

“He returned to Nazareth , His hometown. When He taught there in the synagogue, everyone was astonished and said, “Where does He get His wisdom and his miracles? He’s just a carpenter’s son, and we know Mary, His mother, and His brothers-James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas.  All His sisters live right here among us. What makes Him so great?” And they were deeply offended and refused to believe in Him. Then Jesus told them, “A prophet is honored everywhere except in his own hometown and among his own family.” And so He did only a few miracles there because of their unbelief.”(Matthew 13:54-58)
.
I wanted to write to everyone with a vision from God today and to tell you to stay strong in faith, because many times when we are on this road to fulfilling God destiny for our lives, many around us will not understand. This also was the case for Jesus. “When he taught there in the synagogue, everyone was astonished and said, “Where does he get his wisdom and his miracles?” It is written by the Holy Spirit that the revelation of Jesus is Lord shall be revealed. Though Jesus was raised in Nazareth , people still did not understand it was the Savior of the world who was with them, For instead of seeing him in His Spirit man, they only saw Him in the natural. “He’s just a carpenter’s son, and we know Mary, his mother, and his brothers-James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas.” The very community of people who he grew up around could not see that transformation that was within him.
.
“What makes him so great?” And they were deeply offended and refused to believe in him.” Beloved, I tell you this, even as a new creation in Christ, many of those who knew you before, will not receive as one who has been transformed. I have come to realize and understand that forgiveness from God is assured, but forgiveness from man is never an absolute. This is why it is written, “Forgive because God has Forgiven you.” Even more than that, for many people walk with a spiritual blindness that makes them harden within their hearts to not believe that God has changed you. “Then Jesus told them, “A prophet is honored everywhere except in his own hometown and among his own family.” And so he did only a few miracles there because of their unbelief.” Acceptance from those who you have been raised up with is not a guaranteed. I know many whose heart are weakened and broken because they seek for acceptance from their church or their family from what God has put on their heart. The Son of the Most High God was rejected from his home town, so how much more will this happened to those who Follow God’s Plan. Never Lose Faith and know that there is still the work of the Lord to be done in every nation. Do not let the rejection of others lead you to give up on Gods plan for you!

Day 27 Luke 10:17

“Power of Agreement!”
“When the seventy-two disciples returned, they joyfully reported to him, “Lord, even the demons obey us when we use your name!”(Luke 10:17)
.
When Jesus Sent out the disciples, he gave them several commands. One was that they were not to bring any money, another was that they were to only go into homes they were welcome and another was to go in pairs. Now we know the Word speaks that where there are 2 or more gather, the Spirit of the Lord will be there. We must understand the power of agreement is one of the greatest forces we have on this earth. We men came together and agreed to build the tower of Babel, God quickly acted with giving them different languages. The reason why God did this is because by His own Words He said if we could as one people do anything we put our minds too.
.
“Lord, even the demons obey us when we use your name!” We must be awakened to the power of God. For many of us, it is going to take a rethinking and understanding who He has created us to be. God has given us authority and anointing to overcome all things. The power of agreement that you have with someone else is so great, there is literally nothing that we cannot do. If you don’t have a prayer partner, or someone in your life to come in agreement with today, please let that be your goal. We are all in this fight together and God has called for fellowship not for entertain, but for warfare. Get the greater picture before you. All things are possible where the Spirit of the Lord dwells.

Day 15 Romans 8:12-15

“Spirit of Life!”

“Therefore, Brothers, we have an Obligation- But it is not to the sinful nature, to live according to it. For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, Abba, Father.”(Romans 8:12-15)

“Therefore, Brothers, we have an Obligation- But it is not to the sinful nature, to live according to it.” I know for many, coming into the life of Christ is not only a mental adjustment, but a physical one to. I know for myself, I lived life by my flesh. If I felt I needed something dearly, I went out and brought it. But when you come into Christ, you find that there is a struggle for what the flesh wants and what the Spirit wants. A common example of this is simply reading the Word of the Lord daily. Some, may plan to read the bible ten minutes a day, but when morning comes around you find you are to busy or that you feel tired or just do not have time. Where the Spirit craves to receive, the flesh simply finds a way out. “For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.” We are called to be led by the Spirit of the Lord. Living a life by the flesh or sinful nature only brings death. We have life in Christ Jesus and not only that we are sons and daughters of the most High God!
.

“And by him we cry, Abba, Father.” Some may wonder by whom that we cry Abba or Father? It is the same Spirit that leads us into all truth and life. It is by him the Holy Spirit that we call upon God as our Father.
