Day 57 2 Corinthians 2:21-22

It is God who gives us, along with you, the ability to stand firm for Christ. He has commissioned us, and he has identified us as his own by placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts as the first installment of everything he will give us.”(2 Corinthians 2:21-22)
.
It is God who gives us, along with you, the ability to stand firm for Christ.” I wanted to take this verse and really make clear what the apostle Paul is imparting to us. Many times when I speak to people, the tell my they believe in the Word of the Lord and Gods power, but when they read about the healing’s, Prophecy or evangelism that was done by the apostle, they think that they had a greater Spirit of God working inside them. Many are taught that the power and authority given to Peter and Paul was only to preach the Word and see that the cannon would come to completion. It saddens and burdens me when I hear these things, because time and time again the Bible teaches us that Jesus died so that ALL men may have access to the Spirit of the Lord.
.
“He has commissioned us, and he has identified us as his own by placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts as the first installment of everything he will give us.” Who is he that has commission us? It is our God who art in heaven! Who has he places in our lives as the first installment of everything he will give us? The Holy Spirit! At this, all God people should shout Amen! We are all destine for greatness and to spend eternity with our Father who loves us. How can you call him Father if he to deny one son over another? The son that eagerly seeks pleads and pray is reward for his diligence in the Lord. It was God who commissioned us and it is God who has delivered us and continues to deliver us and will continue to deliver you. The People of Israel were not delivered from Egypt to spend eternity in the desert, but had to go through the desert to get to the destiny! Some of us are going through our own desert situation, but it is by Faith that we keep the vision of our destiny. Do not let go and do not lose heart because has not forsaken you! Stand up and believe today and plead victory over your life in Jesus Name!
