Day 63 Acts 9:26-28

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Breath, for without His Mercy and Love that is renewed daily, all men would be lost. I Thank the Lord for trails, for they strengthen us for His Glory and Destiny!

It is written, “When Saul arrived in Jerusalem , he tried to meet with the believers, but they were all afraid of him. They thought he was only pretending to be a believer!  Then Barnabas brought him to the apostles and told them how Saul had seen the Lord on the way to Damascus . Barnabas also told them what the Lord had said to Saul and how he boldly preached in the name of Jesus in Damascus .  Then the apostles accepted Saul, and after that he was constantly with them in Jerusalem , preaching boldly in the name of the Lord.”(Acts 9:26-28)
When Saul arrived in Jerusalem , he tried to meet with the believers, but they were all afraid of him.” Many people do not understand the story of Paul. When God came and commissioned Paul to do his Will, he went out and started to preach the Word boldly. Well, the problem with this is that the established church authority was in Jerusalem . So, why were these groups of believers so afraid of Paul? Because of the signs and wonders he was working in and the boldness of his speech. He was so anointed with the Word, that they felt people could not really be a Brother in Faith. “They thought he was only pretending to be a believer!  Then Barnabas brought him to the apostles and told them how Saul had seen the Lord on the way to Damascus . Barnabas also told them what the Lord had said to Saul and how he boldly preached in the name of Jesus in Damascus .”
“Then the apostles accepted Saul, and after that he was constantly with them in Jerusalem , preaching boldly in the name of the Lord.” It is truly amazing to see that it wasn’t until Paul was constantly with the believers did they accept him. I have might many many many anointed men and women of God who have been rejected by the church. It is daily that I receive email messages from people who have such an anointing from the Lord, but when the go to their pastor of the Church they are rejected or turn away. Just like in the Word, it is fear that is in operation. Paul was ordained by Jesus himself to go out and preached the Word and you would think that he would have been well received, but this is not the case. I know many people have received a special ministry from the Lord. Many times we look for approval from others to confirm this, but understand that even Paul had suffer through doubt and fear from his own people. But what did Paul do? He persevered through it all to so that the Lord was with him. If God has blessed you, show it to the world. Even through all fear and misunderstanding, work hard to accomplish what the Lord has commissioned you to do. Even if the church rejects you, it is the Lord who judges you.

Prayer: I Pray that every man understand that God’s Grace is Sufficient through every needs and every trail in Jesus Name!

Day 56 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

It is Written,“This is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. For our present troubles are quite small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us an immeasurably great glory that will last forever! So we don’t look at the troubles we can see right now; rather, we look forward to what we have not yet seen. For the troubles we see will soon be over, but the joys to come will last forever.” (2 Corinthians 4:16-18)
.
“This is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day.” If I learned one thing about living in Christ, it is the knowledge of the flesh and Spirit. Though your Spirit will spend eternity somewhere, your flesh is destine to return to dust. So we find this truth about the Flesh, “For our present troubles are quite small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us an immeasurably great glory that will last forever!”  We can not let our present troubles supersede the destiny we have in the Lord! “So we don’t look at the troubles we can see right now; rather, we look forward to what we have not yet seen.” Believe in the Glory of Heaven. God has set for us a beautiful place where we shall spend the rest of eternity with him.
.
“For the troubles we see will soon be over, but the joys to come will last forever.” This is the truth of the Lord that we hold on to. When we call upon the Lord, we as for the Spirit of Joy in every situation. God’s Word assures us that our troubles will not last always and that Joy will soon come. It is by the renewing of the spirit daily that produces this ever lasting hope within us. Don’t look at your situation today and say it is Lord of your life, but lean unto the promise that God has set before you. God is always here to remind us that his Grace is sufficient through every situation.

Day 49 2 Corinthians 10:5

“Thoughts and Actions!”
.
It is written,“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. “ (2 Corinthians 10:5)
.
“We break down every thought and proud thing that puts itself up against the wisdom of God. We take hold of every thought and make it obey Christ.”  Living in order with God starts from the Inside. A life of transformation begins with our daily thoughts. “We take hold of every thought and make it obey Christ.” Our greatest weapon in combating the enemy is the Word of the Lord. We daily awaken to a battle field. And not known to most, is the battle field of our own minds. God has given us victory over all obstacles in our way, but it is how we perceive these things that give us victory.
.
A man within his mind will wake up for work; because he knows that he will be reward will be given him to live. His employer has stated in writing that he will be paid a certain amount if he works the amount hours a day and certain days a week. If he is late, he gets a warning, if the work is not done, he has to stay overtime. Once a man works overtime, he is paid extra for finishing the work. On holidays, if the man works, his employer pays him a double portion. When a man is being promoted, he will train his replacement in his ways so that he may take his new promotion. When a man is found to be faithful in his work, he is called upon to be a manager. As a manager a man is called to delegate work to those who he is over. Once those who are below him have been shown to be faithful and add to growth of the company, the man’s territory is expanded. All these action all began as a thought the size of a seed that was planted.
.
When a man is faithful in his thoughts, his actions are blessed. God has written contact with every man, and by God’s Word, shall receive the payment by His work in the kingdom. We are kingdom minded people, so I plead today, let your heart be focused on the work that God has given you in your life, because even on holidays, our work is awarded with a double portion of the Lord Blessing.

Day 3 2 Corinthians 4:8-9

“Life in Christ!”

“We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed and broken. We are perplexed, but we don’t give up and quit.  We are hunted down, but God never abandons us. We get knocked down, but we get up again and keep going.” (2 Corinthians 4:8-9)
.
“We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed and broken.” I know for many of us, this statement truly hits to the heart of us. I may not know exactly what you are going through in this hour or season, but for those who seek to be righteous for the Lord, there is always some form of trouble that is coming at you from every direction. Even when we feel like we have been crushed or defeated, our Faith is always reaffirmed in God. I know many times we get tired and feel like we are not living up to the standards of the Lord, but do not lose heart, because the Lord knows our sincere motives to serve Him. “We are perplexed, but we don’t give up and quit.” It is so easy to give up. The devil is constantly putting obstacles in your way to tell you that you can’t live this life for Christ or that it is impossible to fully obtain the Vision God put on your Heart. If we gave in every time the enemy told us we could not accomplish something, we would have failed years ago.
.
“We get knocked down, but we get up again and keep going.” This is the Life that we have chosen. The day you accepted Jesus as your Lord and savior in your life, you chose a side against evil. We have a real enemy and for those who do not know, we are always in spiritual warfare. There is nothing fair about what goes on in life, but with the strength of the Lord, we can make a change for the better. No where in the bible does it says that this walk would be easy, but the race is worth the prize. We may stumble, Fall or even get knocked down, but Jesus is always there with his hand ready to pick us back up again.
