Day 288 1 Corinthians 1:18-31

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Boasting, For we are called to take pride in the things of God! I Thank the Lord for The Foolishness of the Gospel, For it is the Wisdom that confounds the Wise of this World! I Thank the Lord for Power, For there is a knowledge of the Lord that few have ever seen!

It is Written, “For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.” Where is the wise person? Where is the teacher of the law? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe. Jews demand signs and Greeks look for wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength. Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things–and the things that are not–to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him. It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God–that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. Therefore, as it is written: “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:18-31

Prayer: I Pray Father that every Child of God seek the Strength and Wisdom that comes from praying in the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 287 Mark 4:1-9

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Hearing, For by the Spirit shall we understand what is spoken! I Thank the Lord for Sight, For what is in the world is only a glance of what is going on! I Thank the Lord for Trust, For we lean not to our own understanding, but that of The Lord our God!

It is Written, “Again Jesus began to teach by the lake. The crowd that gathered around him was so large that he got into a boat and sat in it out on the lake, while all the people were along the shore at the water’s edge. He taught them many things by parables, and in his teaching said: “Listen! A farmer went out to sow his seed. As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants, so that they did not bear grain. Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up, grew and produced a crop, some multiplying thirty, some sixty, some a hundred times.” Then Jesus said, “Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear.” Mark 4:1-9

Prayers: I Pray Lord that you strengthen our Spirit to See what is unseen and Hear what is not spoken in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 286 2 Timothy 2:1-13

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Insight, For we should all pray that the Lord bless us with Revelation! I Thank the Lord for Reflections, For we are called to set aside time in our day to Meditate on the things of the Lord! I Thank the Lord for Spirit and Truth, For True Worshipers are being birthed for the Army of the Lord!

It is Written, “You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others. Join with me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in civilian affairs, but rather tries to please his commanding officer. Similarly, anyone who competes as an athlete does not receive the victor’s crown except by competing according to the rules. The hardworking farmer should be the first to receive a share of the crops. Reflect on what I am saying, for the Lord will give you insight into all this. Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, descended from David. This is my gospel, for which I am suffering even to the point of being chained like a criminal. But God’s word is not chained. Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory. Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him; if we endure, we will also reign with him. If we disown him, he will also disown us; if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself.” 2 Timothy 2:1-13

Prayer: I Pray Father that we who are your Servants and Soldiers in this fight of Salvation to the World always carry with us the Reminder of living for you and not the world in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 284 Matthew 20:20-28

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for the Heart of a Servant, For We are called to serve others and not to be served! I Thank the Lord for Selflessness, For we are called to put others before us in His Name! I Thank the Lord for understanding, For we have been called to go low, so the Lord may be lifted on high!

It is Written, “Then the mother of Zebedee’s sons came to Jesus with her sons and, kneeling down, asked a favor of him. “What is it you want?” he asked. She said, “Grant that one of these two sons of mine may sit at your right and the other at your left in your kingdom.” “You don’t know what you are asking,” Jesus said to them. “Can you drink the cup I am going to drink?” “We can,” they answered. Jesus said to them, “You will indeed drink from my cup, but to sit at my right or left is not for me to grant. These places belong to those for whom they have been prepared by my Father.” When the ten heard about this, they were indignant with the two brothers. Jesus called them together and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave– just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:20-28

Prayer: I Pray Father that you give your Children Hearts of a Servant, So that we may truly bring your Kingdom Here to Earth in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 283 Acts 18:9-16

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Dreams, For He has many ways in which He can Speak to Us! I Thank the Lord for Sound Judgment, For many lack the Spiritual blessing of Discernment! I Thank the Lord for Obedience, For in the Face of a crisis, we shall keep ourselves on the straight path!

It is Written, “One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision: “Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent. For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have many people in this city.” So Paul stayed in Corinth for a year and a half, teaching them the word of God. While Gallio was proconsul of Achaia, the Jews of Corinth made a united attack on Paul and brought him to the place of judgment. “This man,” they charged, “is persuading the people to worship God in ways contrary to the law.” Just as Paul was about to speak, Gallio said to them, “If you Jews were making a complaint about some misdemeanor or serious crime, it would be reasonable for me to listen to you. But since it involves questions about words and names and your own law–settle the matter yourselves. I will not be a judge of such things.” So he drove them off.” Acts 18:9-16

Prayer: I Pray Father that you Fill us with Strength by your Spirit and Send your Children dreams that will comfort us in Difficult times in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 282 2 Corinthians 5:1-10

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Treasure, For our life is an eternal gift that shall be everlasting with the Father! I Thank the Lord for Waiting, For God see’s those eager to complete their mission before the day of reckoning! I Thank the Lord for Desire, For we as God’s Children burn with fire within our bones!

It is Written, “For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. Meanwhile we groan, longing to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling, because when we are clothed, we will not be found naked. For while we are in this tent, we groan and are burdened, because we do not wish to be unclothed but to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. Now the one who has fashioned us for this very purpose is God, who has given us the Spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come. Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord. For we live by faith, not by sight. We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord. So we make it our goal to please him, whether we are at home in the body or away from it. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.” 2 Corinthians 5:1-10

Prayer: I Pray Father that you Strengthen your peoples Vision on Earth, so when the Day of Glory Comes, we can be welcomed into your Kingdom as Good and Faithful Servants in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 281 Romans 14:1-9

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Holy Worship, For we have given all to the One who has gave everything! I Thank the Lord for Mercies, For Daily His Love is renewed for those who seek Forgiveness! I Thank the Lord for Companionship, For in our Darkest hour or Greatest Bliss, The Lord our God Shall be with us!

It is Written, “Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them. Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand. One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind. Whoever regards one day as special does so to the Lord. Whoever eats meat does so to the Lord, for they give thanks to God; and whoever abstains does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God. For none of us lives for ourselves alone, and none of us dies for ourselves alone. If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.” Romans 14:1-9

Prayer: I Pray Father that you Strengthen your Children to not judge one another, but seek to encourage them in their walk of Faith in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 280 Galatians 2:11-21

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Transparency, For we are called to live our life without filters! I Thank the Lord for Reliability, For as your children are called to be standards within the Church! I Thank the Lord for an Open Heart, When the Light of Christ comes upon a man, it shall open all locked doors!

It is Written, “When Cephas came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned. For before certain men came from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles. But when they arrived, he began to draw back and separate himself from the Gentiles because he was afraid of those who belonged to the circumcision group. The other Jews joined him in his hypocrisy, so that by their hypocrisy even Barnabas was led astray. When I saw that they were not acting in line with the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas in front of them all, “You are a Jew, yet you live like a Gentile and not like a Jew. How is it, then, that you force Gentiles to follow Jewish customs? “We who are Jews by birth and not sinful Gentiles know that a person is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, because by the works of the law no one will be justified. “But if, in seeking to be justified in Christ, we Jews find ourselves also among the sinners, doesn’t that mean that Christ promotes sin? Absolutely not! If I rebuild what I destroyed, then I really would be a lawbreaker. “For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!” Galatians 2:11-21

Prayers: I Pray Father that you Strengthen your Children to be Transparent to the world as we bring forth your Word with Fire and Power in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 279 2 Timothy 4:1-8

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Family, For we are tied together beyond flesh and blood! I Thank the Lord for Destiny, For the Lord has spoken great things to be before we were even born! I Thank the Lord for Strength, in the Sight of obstacles, the Lord has Bless us to over come!

It is Written, “In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: 2 Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage–with great patience and careful instruction. 3 For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. 5 But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry. 6 For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time for my departure is near. 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day–and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.” 2 Timothy 4:1-8

Prayer: I Pray Lord that you bless your children with the vision of what is to come and not depend on what is in front of them in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 278 Luke 1:5-17

Thanksgiving: I thank the Lord for Angels, For we all have Legions to call upon in time of Need! I Thank the Lord for Deep Meditation, For there is a place you have called us to meet! I Thank the Lord for Revelation, For only by the Holy Spirit Shall we see what is not seen!

It is Written, “In the time of Herod king of Judea there was a priest named Zechariah, who belonged to the priestly division of Abijah; his wife Elizabeth was also a descendant of Aaron. Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord’s commands and decrees blamelessly. But they were childless because Elizabeth was not able to conceive, and they were both very old. Once when Zechariah’s division was on duty and he was serving as priest before God, he was chosen by lot, according to the custom of the priesthood, to go into the temple of the Lord and burn incense. And when the time for the burning of incense came, all the assembled worshipers were praying outside. Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the right side of the altar of incense. When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear. But the angel said to him: “Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to call him John. He will be a joy and delight to you, and many will rejoice because of his birth, for he will be great in the sight of the Lord. He is never to take wine or other fermented drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he is born. He will bring back many of the people of Israel to the Lord their God. And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the parents to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous–to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” Luke 1:5-17

Prayer: I Pray Father that we go Beyond the Veil and we as your Children seek you deeper than we have ever been before in Jesus Name, Amen!
