Day 521 Psalms 125:1-5

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Trust, For we shall not lean to our own understanding, but that of the Lord our God! I Thank the Lord for Vision, For when we were in the world, we were blinded by the deceit of it ways. For our God has mightier plans for His Children. I Thank the Lord for Covering, For we are called to take shelter within God’s presence!

It is Written, “A song of ascents. Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds his people both now and forevermore. The scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous, for then the righteous might use their hands to do evil. LORD, do good to those who are good, to those who are upright in heart. But those who turn to crooked ways the LORD will banish with the evildoers. Peace be on Israel.” Psalms 125:1-5

Prayer: Father, I Pray for all those who battle to bring your love to the fore front of their lives. I Pray in Jesus Name that you continue to encourage us to Love like Jesus when our enemies come against us. Let us Pray for all those who have hurt or offended us and pray for healing in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 520 Jonah 1:1-15

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord For The Spirit of Understanding, For He reveals the purpose of our trials. I Thank the Lord for Knowledge, For we truly know the difference between right and wrong. I Thank the Lord for Obedience, For it will always be greater than any Sacrifice that we may bring!

It is Written, “The word of the LORD came to Jonah son of Amittai: “Go to the great city of Nineveh and preach against it, because its wickedness has come up before me.” But Jonah ran away from the LORD and headed for Tarshish. He went down to Joppa, where he found a ship bound for that port. After paying the fare, he went aboard and sailed for Tarshish to flee from the LORD. Then the LORD sent a great wind on the sea, and such a violent storm arose that the ship threatened to break up. All the sailors were afraid and each cried out to his own god. And they threw the cargo into the sea to lighten the ship. But Jonah had gone below deck, where he lay down and fell into a deep sleep. The captain went to him and said, “How can you sleep? Get up and call on your god! Maybe he will take notice of us so that we will not perish.” Then the sailors said to each other, “Come, let us cast lots to find out who is responsible for this calamity.” They cast lots and the lot fell on Jonah. So they asked him, “Tell us, who is responsible for making all this trouble for us? What kind of work do you do? Where do you come from? What is your country? From what people are you?” He answered, “I am a Hebrew and I worship the LORD, the God of heaven, who made the sea and the dry land.” This terrified them and they asked, “What have you done?” (They knew he was running away from the LORD, because he had already told them so.) The sea was getting rougher and rougher. So they asked him, “What should we do to you to make the sea calm down for us?” “Pick me up and throw me into the sea,” he replied, “and it will become calm. I know that it is my fault that this great storm has come upon you.” Instead, the men did their best to row back to land. But they could not, for the sea grew even wilder than before. Then they cried out to the LORD, “Please, LORD, do not let us die for taking this man’s life. Do not hold us accountable for killing an innocent man, for you, LORD, have done as you pleased.” Then they took Jonah and threw him overboard, and the raging sea grew calm.” Jonah 1:1-15

Prayer: Father, My Heart and Prayer is for those who are running. I Pray those who you have called into your Service, come home as you are waiting for their return. I Pray that you Make them realize that the Path they take will lead only to destruction until they turn back to you in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 502 Galatians 1:10

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Rest, for we shall only find it in Him! I Thank the Lord for Grace, for his mercy is endless! I Thank the Lord for Wisdom, for knowledge leads to death without it!

It is Written, “For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.” Galatians 1:10

“For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to Please men…?” For I find that as a body we have grown to compromise the teaching we have been handy down to please the world. With laws coming in direct conflict of our beliefs, we have moved from the norm to the minority. I see many who try and lobby for a change, revert back the Christian stances that this country was built upon, but to do this would only prolong the inevitable. As it is written, the end days will see the rise in wickedness. For it is fruitless to try and change what is written. For we all know the Lord of these things is Satan and all things lead up to the persecution of God’s people. As wickedness rise’s, we should focus on making strong our Faith. “For if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ!” For we know you can not serve God and Money, you are either a slave to one or the other. Stand firm in faith, for when the time comes and the persecution begins, remember always the power in the Name of Jesus!

Prayer: Father, I know the world see your children as Fools, but it is the Fools that it is written that will confound the wise! I Pray you strengthen your children with the foolishness of the Gospel, so that they may bring honor to your Name!

Day 496 Proverbs 16:1-9

Thanksgiving: I Thank you Lord for Direction, For you direct my life and path where you are calling me to! I Thank you that you are the light that guides me home when I am far away. Daily my prayers are with those who have strayed from the path, I believe that no one is to far away to return home!

It is Written, “To humans belong the plans of the heart, but from the LORD comes the proper answer of the tongue. All a person’s ways seem pure to them, but motives are weighed by the LORD. Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans. The LORD works out everything to its proper end– even the wicked for a day of disaster. The LORD detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished. Through love and faithfulness sin is atoned for; through the fear of the LORD evil is avoided. When the LORD takes pleasure in anyone’s way, he causes their enemies to make peace with them. Better a little with righteousness than much gain with injustice. In their hearts humans plan their course, but the LORD establishes their steps.” Proverbs 16:1-9

Prayer: Father, I Pray that you continually guide out steps through this world, even though are hearts are wicked, your Plans will be made complete in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 493 John 13:1-17

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Servitude, For as the time of His Crucifixion approached, Jesus lower himself even more to clean those who He Loved so Much! I thank the Lord that we are called to serve others in His Name and continue to lower ourselves before him!

It is Written, “It was just before the Passover Festival. Jesus knew that the hour had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end. The evening meal was in progress, and the devil had already prompted Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, to betray Jesus. Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God; so he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him. He came to Simon Peter, who said to him, “Lord, are you going to wash my feet?” Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.” “No,” said Peter, “you shall never wash my feet.” Jesus answered, “Unless I wash you, you have no part with me.” “Then, Lord,” Simon Peter replied, “not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!” Jesus answered, “Those who have had a bath need only to wash their feet; their whole body is clean. And you are clean, though not every one of you.” For he knew who was going to betray him, and that was why he said not every one was clean. When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them. “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.” John 13:1-17

Prayer: Father, I Pray Daily that we are your Children remember always that we are called to serve and always lower ourselves before others in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 484 Luke 15:1-7

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Change, For we have been given life to serve He who has given all! I Thank you Lord that we are not bound to who we used to be in this world, but have the opportunity to change. I Thank you Father that in all your doing, you would leave the 99, to find the one lost sheep!

It is Written, “Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus. But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.” Then Jesus told them this parable: “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.” Luke 15:1-7

Prayer: Father, Who my heart is always for your Children, but by your standard, may our purpose in this life be seeking those Sheep who are lost! For we do this all in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 483 Luke 24:36-49

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Promise, For we all know Jesus died for our sins, but he was not to leave us alone! For the Promise of the other he would send was fulfilled and continues to be fulfilled in this day and time! I thank the Lord he has given us the Holy Spirit through the laying on of Hands!

It is Written, “While they were still talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.” They were startled and frightened, thinking they saw a ghost. He said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts rise in your minds? Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.” When he had said this, he showed them his hands and feet. And while they still did not believe it because of joy and amazement, he asked them, “Do you have anything here to eat?” They gave him a piece of broiled fish, and he took it and ate it in their presence. He said to them, “This is what I told you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms.” Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures. He told them, “This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.” Luke 24:36-49

Prayer: Father, I pray that your Children to go deeper in your presence and seek out the Baptism that came through the death of Christ! We Pray these things in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 481 Mark 5:24-34

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Frailty, For God has called to unite himself to we who are but flesh and bone! I Thank the Father that His Spirit has the Power to Heal our weakness flesh! For it is by Faith that all things are possible!

It is Written, “So Jesus went with him. A large crowd followed and pressed around him. And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years. She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse. When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, because she thought, “If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.” Immediately her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering. At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?” “You see the people crowding against you,” his disciples answered, “and yet you can ask, ‘Who touched me?’ ” But Jesus kept looking around to see who had done it. Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell at his feet and, trembling with fear, told him the whole truth. He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.” Mark 5:24-34

Prayer: I Pray Father that you continue to show your Children that even though we were made lower than Angels, we have direct access to your healing power in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 480 Hebrews 11:1-13

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Faith, For it is by faith that we believe all things came into existence through Christ Jesus. I Thank the Lord that we using the same Faith can create what is from what is not! For this knowledge shall always baffle the wisdom of this world!

It is Written, “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for. By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. By faith Abel brought God a better offering than Cain did. By faith he was commended as righteous, when God spoke well of his offerings. And by faith Abel still speaks, even though he is dead. By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death: “He could not be found, because God had taken him away.” For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God. And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith. By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God. And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise. And so from this one man, and he as good as dead, came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore. All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth.” Hebrew 11:1-13

Prayer: Father, I Pray that we are your People seek to use the power of Faith to move the Lost to see the beauty of Christ which leads to the understanding of salvation in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 478 John 21:15-25

Thanksgiving: I Thank The Lord for Sincerely Love, For you have redeemed all Mankind from the Fire and have not ask for anything in return. For we have all fallen short Lord, but your Love is what keeps us going towards your Will!

It is Written, “When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?” “Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my lambs.” Again Jesus said, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” He answered, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Take care of my sheep.” The third time he said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” He said, “Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my sheep. Very truly I tell you, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.” Jesus said this to indicate the kind of death by which Peter would glorify God. Then he said to him, “Follow me!” Peter turned and saw that the disciple whom Jesus loved was following them. (This was the one who had leaned back against Jesus at the supper and had said, “Lord, who is going to betray you?”) When Peter saw him, he asked, “Lord, what about him?” Jesus answered, “If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you? You must follow me.” Because of this, the rumor spread among the believers that this disciple would not die. But Jesus did not say that he would not die; he only said, “If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you?” This is the disciple who testifies to these things and who wrote them down. We know that his testimony is true. Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.” John 21:15-25

Prayer: Father, I Pray that you continue to show your Children the Truth of Love even when we fall short of Glory in Jesus Name, Amen!
