Day 527 Philippians 3:1-14

Thanksgiving: I Thank The Lord for Shortcomings, For in my Weakness I have made Him my strength! I Thank The Lord for Reliance, For I have grown to understand that we must never lean to our own understanding! I Thank The Lord for Grace, For by His Word, we are not called to be Perfect!

It is Written, “Further, my brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord! It is no trouble for me to write the same things to you again, and it is a safeguard for you. Watch out for those dogs, those evildoers, those mutilators of the flesh. For it is we who are the circumcision, we who serve God by his Spirit, who boast in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the flesh– though I myself have reasons for such confidence. If someone else thinks they have reasons to put confidence in the flesh, I have more: circumcised on the eighth day, of the people of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; in regard to the law, a Pharisee; as for zeal, persecuting the church; as for righteousness based on the law, faultless. But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ–the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. I want to know Christ–yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:1-14

Prayer: Father, I Pray a special prayer that we as your Children forget the shortcomings of the Past and Chose today to press fully into Jesus. I Pray that we let go our pride and shame to embrace your Grace and Forgiveness in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 526 1 Corinthians 9:11-18

Thanksgiving: Thanks Be to The Lord for Justice, For we are protected by the Unseen! Thanks be to The Lord for Equality, For we are all equally sinful in God’s eyes, Needing to be forgiven! Thanks be to The Lord for Vision, For we must look beyond what the world tells us.

It is Written, “If we have sown spiritual seed among you, is it too much if we reap a material harvest from you? If others have this right of support from you, shouldn’t we have it all the more? But we did not use this right. On the contrary, we put up with anything rather than hinder the gospel of Christ. Don’t you know that those who serve in the temple get their food from the temple, and that those who serve at the altar share in what is offered on the altar? In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel. But I have not used any of these rights. And I am not writing this in the hope that you will do such things for me, for I would rather die than allow anyone to deprive me of this boast. For when I preach the gospel, I cannot boast, since I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! If I preach voluntarily, I have a reward; if not voluntarily, I am simply discharging the trust committed to me. What then is my reward? Just this: that in preaching the gospel I may offer it free of charge, and so not make full use of my rights as a preacher of the gospel. ” 1 Corinthians 9:11-18

Prayer: Father, I Pray that those who are called to bring your Word in Spirit and Truth understand that they preach not in Vein, But to be rewarded by you. I pray that we see fully what you have to offer to those who seek to bring an unadulterated Word to this world in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 525 Luke 16:1-14

Thanksgiving: I Thank The Lord for Trust, For even our minds are against us, But our Faith is firmly in Christ Jesus! I Thank The Lord for Destiny, For those who were once Tax collectors and Prostitutes will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven before you! I Thank The Lord for True Equality, For God does not have Favorites!

It is Written, “Jesus told his disciples: “There was a rich man whose manager was accused of wasting his possessions. So he called him in and asked him, ‘What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your management, because you cannot be manager any longer.’ “The manager said to himself, ‘What shall I do now? My master is taking away my job. I’m not strong enough to dig, and I’m ashamed to beg– I know what I’ll do so that, when I lose my job here, people will welcome me into their houses.’ “So he called in each one of his master’s debtors. He asked the first, ‘How much do you owe my master?’ ” ‘Nine hundred gallons of olive oil,’ he replied. “The manager told him, ‘Take your bill, sit down quickly, and make it four hundred and fifty.’ “Then he asked the second, ‘And how much do you owe?’ ” ‘A thousand bushels of wheat,’ he replied. “He told him, ‘Take your bill and make it eight hundred.’ “The master commended the dishonest manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light. I tell you, use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings. “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own? “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” Luke 16:1-14

Prayer: Father, I Pray that we use your wisdom to win those in the world and the wealth of the world to bring more to Christ! Let us understand that even though we are in the World, that we are not of this World and carry on the True Word of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen!

Day 522 Luke 18:35-43

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Remembrance, For God has healed us of many afflictions, For we are called to give reverence everyday! I Thank the Lord for Commands, For He has given us Authority over All things in Jesus Name! I Thank the Lord for The Holy Spirit, For we have a Helper that fights on our Behalf!

It is written, “As Jesus approached Jericho, a blind man was sitting by the roadside begging. When he heard the crowd going by, he asked what was happening. They told him, “Jesus of Nazareth is passing by.” He called out, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Those who led the way rebuked him and told him to be quiet, but he shouted all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” Jesus stopped and ordered the man to be brought to him. When he came near, Jesus asked him, “What do you want me to do for you?” “Lord, I want to see,” he replied. Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight; your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus, praising God. When all the people saw it, they also praised God. ” Luke 18:35-43

Understanding: This man had been blind, maybe from birth or just days, but one thing he knew, he was a sinner. As soon as he heard that Jesus is Coming, He called out to Jesus as the Messiah saying, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” By this he was acknowledging who Jesus is. But that was not enough, Jesus knew what the man wanted, but questioned him, “ What do you want me to do for you?” he replied, “ Lord, I want to see.” Having repented before the Lord and asking for Mercy and Boldly asking for the thing he wanted to be healed of, Jesus Said that the mans Faith had healed him and he was healed. No matter how much we cry out to the Lord, we must first seek repentance, followed by God’s Mercy and only when we have great faith so shall we receive Healing. There is order in The heavens that has authority over all things on earth. Remember The Word of the Lord, for it shall heal you of All things in Jesus Name!

Prayer: Father, I pray and intercede on the Behalf of All men, rather they be righteous or wicked, may they turn from their prideful or evil ways to Praise you in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 521 Psalms 125:1-5

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Trust, For we shall not lean to our own understanding, but that of the Lord our God! I Thank the Lord for Vision, For when we were in the world, we were blinded by the deceit of it ways. For our God has mightier plans for His Children. I Thank the Lord for Covering, For we are called to take shelter within God’s presence!

It is Written, “A song of ascents. Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds his people both now and forevermore. The scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous, for then the righteous might use their hands to do evil. LORD, do good to those who are good, to those who are upright in heart. But those who turn to crooked ways the LORD will banish with the evildoers. Peace be on Israel.” Psalms 125:1-5

Prayer: Father, I Pray for all those who battle to bring your love to the fore front of their lives. I Pray in Jesus Name that you continue to encourage us to Love like Jesus when our enemies come against us. Let us Pray for all those who have hurt or offended us and pray for healing in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 519 Matthew 7:1-5

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Restoration, For Only He has the power to bring back what has been stolen! I Thank the Lord for Persistence, For even an unjust Man will hear your petition, How much more will God! I Thank the Lord for Mercy, For we miss always remember that under God’s court we have been forgiven and called to forgive those of lesser offenses!

It is Written, “”Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.” Matthew 7:1-5

Prayer: Father, As it is the flesh that makes a man Judge, I pray that the Spirit moves us to Repent. For we have all been forgiven a debt by your Grace through Jesus Christ and called to Forgive and we all have been Forgiven in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 517 Romans 5:1-5

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for the Morning, For the new day reminds us of His Glory! I Thank the Lord for The New Man, For we are Called to put the things of the Past behind us! I Thank the Lord for Determination, For God is Calling for us to fight to bring forth who He has Called us to be!

It is Written, “Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.” Romans 5:1-5

Prayer: Father, I Pray that as we continue to Seek to Bring Character that will lead to never ending Hope in Jesus, that we for go the things of this World and hold onto what you have given through The Holy Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 513 Acts 18:5-11

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Prospective. For we do not know what may come before us, but thanks be to the Lord who gives us insight as why things shall come upon us!

It is Written, “When Silas and Timothy came from Macedonia, Paul devoted himself exclusively to preaching, testifying to the Jews that Jesus was the Messiah. But when they opposed Paul and became abusive, he shook out his clothes in protest and said to them, “Your blood be on your own heads! I am innocent of it. From now on I will go to the Gentiles.” Then Paul left the synagogue and went next door to the house of Titius Justus, a worshiper of God. Crispus, the synagogue leader, and his entire household believed in the Lord; and many of the Corinthians who heard Paul believed and were baptized. One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision: “Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent. For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have many people in this city.” So Paul stayed in Corinth for a year and a half, teaching them the word of God.”Acts 18:5-11

Prayer: Father, I pray Today that you help your Children seek understanding in all situations and lead us to seek the Lost in this World in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 512 Acts 22:6-16

Thanksgiving: I Thank The Lord for Commission, For He has destined for His Glory. For we may not understand all things of the Lord, but we put our trust in what he is calling us to. For we all have different parts to play in the body of Christ and I thank the Father for each one and your purpose!

It is Written, “”About noon as I came near Damascus, suddenly a bright light from heaven flashed around me. I fell to the ground and heard a voice say to me, ‘Saul! Saul! Why do you persecute me?’ ” ‘Who are you, Lord?’ I asked. ” ‘I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom you are persecuting,’ he replied. My companions saw the light, but they did not understand the voice of him who was speaking to me. ” ‘What shall I do, Lord?’ I asked. ” ‘Get up,’ the Lord said, ‘and go into Damascus. There you will be told all that you have been assigned to do.’ My companions led me by the hand into Damascus, because the brilliance of the light had blinded me. “A man named Ananias came to see me. He was a devout observer of the law and highly respected by all the Jews living there. He stood beside me and said, ‘Brother Saul, receive your sight!’ And at that very moment I was able to see him. “Then he said: ‘The God of our ancestors has chosen you to know his will and to see the Righteous One and to hear words from his mouth. You will be his witness to all people of what you have seen and heard. And now what are you waiting for? Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name.” Acts 22:6-16

Prayer: Father, I pray that you meet your children in the way they have been called. For many who were tax collectors and prostitutes will make it into the kingdom ahead of us, I pray for every soul to encounter you in their own special way!

Day 505 John 13:1-17

Thanksgiving: I Thank you Lord for this Day of Preparation, For you are Calling our Hearts to Receive what was freely given! I Thank you Lord for your Devotion, For you know what was coming and did not relent! I Thank you Lord for Humbleness, For God in Flesh lowered himself even more to Wash the Apostles Feet!

It was Written, “It was just before the Passover Festival. Jesus knew that the hour had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end. The evening meal was in progress, and the devil had already prompted Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, to betray Jesus. Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God; so he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him. He came to Simon Peter, who said to him, “Lord, are you going to wash my feet?” Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.” “No,” said Peter, “you shall never wash my feet.” Jesus answered, “Unless I wash you, you have no part with me.” “Then, Lord,” Simon Peter replied, “not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!” Jesus answered, “Those who have had a bath need only to wash their feet; their whole body is clean. And you are clean, though not every one of you.” For he knew who was going to betray him, and that was why he said not every one was clean. When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them.”You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.” John 13:1-17

Prayer: Father, as we prepare to give remembrance to your great Feast, I pray Lord that your children daily recount the Love you have shown to wash them clean in Jesus Name, Amen!
