Day 509 Acts 2:1-12

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Family, For we are united by Blood and Spirit! I Thank the Lord for surprise Blessings, For God has so much more than we can ever see! I Thank the Lord for Dedication, For we will not let failure stop us from our Destiny!

It is Written, “When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken. Utterly amazed, they asked: “Aren’t all these who are speaking Galileans? Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language? Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs–we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!” Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, “What does this mean?” Acts 2:1-12

Prayer: Father, I Pray you continue to bring forth the revelation of your true gift that was given after the death of your Son in Jesus Name, Amen!

507 John 21:12-19

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Love, For even when we go back, He still awaits our return! I Thank the Lord for Salvation, For the Power of Life is in His Blood! I Thank the Lord for Forgiveness, For the Power of the Cross Shall Redeem us all!

It is Written, “Jesus said to them, “Come and have breakfast.” None of the disciples dared ask him, “Who are you?” They knew it was the Lord. Jesus came, took the bread and gave it to them, and did the same with the fish. This was now the third time Jesus appeared to his disciples after he was raised from the dead. When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?” “Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my lambs.” Again Jesus said, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” He answered, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Take care of my sheep.” The third time he said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” He said, “Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my sheep. Very truly I tell you, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.” Jesus said this to indicate the kind of death by which Peter would glorify God. Then he said to him, “Follow me!” John 21:12-19

Prayer: Father, I Pray for those of your Shepard’s who have went astray, I know your Love is drawing them back to their Destiny in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 506 John 19:17-37

Thanksgiving: I Thank The Lord for His Sacrificed, For He was, is and will always be the greatest Lamb to cover sin through out time! I Thank The Lord for Authority, For it is truly only given from God in Heaven! I Thank The Lord for Death, For it always brings forth life in The Spirit!

It is Written, “Carrying his own cross, he went out to the place of the Skull (which in Aramaic is called Golgotha). There they crucified him, and with him two others–one on each side and Jesus in the middle. Pilate had a notice prepared and fastened to the cross. It read: jesus of nazareth, the king of the jews. Many of the Jews read this sign, for the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city, and the sign was written in Aramaic, Latin and Greek. The chief priests of the Jews protested to Pilate, “Do not write ‘The King of the Jews,’ but that this man claimed to be king of the Jews.” Pilate answered, “What I have written, I have written.” When the soldiers crucified Jesus, they took his clothes, dividing them into four shares, one for each of them, with the undergarment remaining. This garment was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom. “Let’s not tear it,” they said to one another. “Let’s decide by lot who will get it.” This happened that the scripture might be fulfilled that said, “They divided my clothes among them and cast lots for my garment.” So this is what the soldiers did. Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother, his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, “Woman, here is your son,” and to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” From that time on, this disciple took her into his home. Later, knowing that everything had now been finished, and so that Scripture would be fulfilled, Jesus said, “I am thirsty.” A jar of wine vinegar was there, so they soaked a sponge in it, put the sponge on a stalk of the hyssop plant, and lifted it to Jesus’ lips. When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. Now it was the day of Preparation, and the next day was to be a special Sabbath. Because the Jewish leaders did not want the bodies left on the crosses during the Sabbath, they asked Pilate to have the legs broken and the bodies taken down. The soldiers therefore came and broke the legs of the first man who had been crucified with Jesus, and then those of the other. But when they came to Jesus and found that he was already dead, they did not break his legs. Instead, one of the soldiers pierced Jesus’ side with a spear, bringing a sudden flow of blood and water. The man who saw it has given testimony, and his testimony is true. He knows that he tells the truth, and he testifies so that you also may believe. These things happened so that the scripture would be fulfilled: “Not one of his bones will be broken,” and, as another scripture says, “They will look on the one they have pierced.”

Prayer: Father, I Pray that we hold strong in what Christ Sacrificed and the cost of what it means to walk where you feet have trod and I Pray these things in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 505 John 13:1-17

Thanksgiving: I Thank you Lord for this Day of Preparation, For you are Calling our Hearts to Receive what was freely given! I Thank you Lord for your Devotion, For you know what was coming and did not relent! I Thank you Lord for Humbleness, For God in Flesh lowered himself even more to Wash the Apostles Feet!

It was Written, “It was just before the Passover Festival. Jesus knew that the hour had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end. The evening meal was in progress, and the devil had already prompted Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, to betray Jesus. Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God; so he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him. He came to Simon Peter, who said to him, “Lord, are you going to wash my feet?” Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.” “No,” said Peter, “you shall never wash my feet.” Jesus answered, “Unless I wash you, you have no part with me.” “Then, Lord,” Simon Peter replied, “not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!” Jesus answered, “Those who have had a bath need only to wash their feet; their whole body is clean. And you are clean, though not every one of you.” For he knew who was going to betray him, and that was why he said not every one was clean. When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them.”You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.” John 13:1-17

Prayer: Father, as we prepare to give remembrance to your great Feast, I pray Lord that your children daily recount the Love you have shown to wash them clean in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 504 1 Corinthians 3:4

Thanksgiving: I Thank The Lord for the end of the Month, for the trials and tribulations are now beyond us! I Thank the Lord for New Beginnings, For We keep our Hope in Faith in the Blessings of Tomorrow! I Thank The Lord for renewal, for we are all given a time to rest!

It is Written, “For when one says, “I follow Paul,” and another, “I follow Apollos,” are you not mere human beings?” 1 Corinthians 3:4

“For when one says, “ I Follow Paul,” and another, “ I follow Apollos….” It has always made me wonder about the Word of the Lord which is preached. I find the more I study God’s Word, I amazed how we have strayed from it teachings. I find many preachers who lead their flocks are sort of super stars. Many find pride in the fact that are known to attend a certain church or follow a certain preacher, when in reality the Leader is called to be humble servant of all. “Are you not mere humans beings?” Do not get caught up in titles and stature. I tell you, any one who is called to serve in Christ Kingdom does so by the Grace of God, for we are fools to exalt the Flesh when God is One is Spirit. For he gives many gifts to some and others a Few, but it is done by the same Spirit. Let us not marvel at these things, but see them for what they are and unity in Brotherly harmony to remember that it is Jesus who we truly seek to be like.

Prayer: I Pray Father that you impress upon your Children how much is given to each man and for them to stop looking upon each other as if they lack what is freely offered in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 503 Romans 7:18

Thanksgiving: I thank the Lord for Today, for His mercy shall endure forever! I Thank the Lord for Encouragement, for Daily he reassurance me with His Word! I Thank the Lord for Blessings, For His favor rest upon His Children!

It is Written, “ For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out.” Romans 7:18

“ For I know that good itself goes not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature…” I have found that men idolize other men. I never could understand this and I am not talking about in the world. In many Christian circles, there are the “Super Apostles” as Paul would refer to them. Even then, you will find preachers of the Word with this title! What is a title? For we are all servants. Even Paul, who wrote most of the new testament, struggled to do what is write. For it is written that Paul asked the Lord to remove the thorn from His side, but God said my Grace is sufficient. All Men struggle, for this is the nature or Flesh verse Spirit. Though you may want to do right, your soulish nature will always fight against you. “For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out…” We are bound by Grace and Truth, if you are to live a life in Christ foot steps, you will found yourself constantly humbled, for the Lord despises the Proud. This is Why Jesus is our mediator, who he knew that the only way to be cleansed of our Sins, we for Him to redeem us through His Perfect Work. Take Heart, do not forsake righteous work that the Lord has assigned you, for even in our failings, He is Callings us to continue on!

Prayer: Father, I know the weakness of the flesh tries to lead your Children astray, but I Pray for each and everyone of your people who seek to Spread your Word in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 502 Galatians 1:10

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Rest, for we shall only find it in Him! I Thank the Lord for Grace, for his mercy is endless! I Thank the Lord for Wisdom, for knowledge leads to death without it!

It is Written, “For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.” Galatians 1:10

“For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to Please men…?” For I find that as a body we have grown to compromise the teaching we have been handy down to please the world. With laws coming in direct conflict of our beliefs, we have moved from the norm to the minority. I see many who try and lobby for a change, revert back the Christian stances that this country was built upon, but to do this would only prolong the inevitable. As it is written, the end days will see the rise in wickedness. For it is fruitless to try and change what is written. For we all know the Lord of these things is Satan and all things lead up to the persecution of God’s people. As wickedness rise’s, we should focus on making strong our Faith. “For if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ!” For we know you can not serve God and Money, you are either a slave to one or the other. Stand firm in faith, for when the time comes and the persecution begins, remember always the power in the Name of Jesus!

Prayer: Father, I know the world see your children as Fools, but it is the Fools that it is written that will confound the wise! I Pray you strengthen your children with the foolishness of the Gospel, so that they may bring honor to your Name!

Day 501 2 Peter 2:19

Thanksgiving: I Thank the Lord for Redeeming us from the Fire, for only He is Worthy to save! I Thank the Lord for being my Lord and Master, for all others ways only lead to Death. I Thank The Lord for the Renewing of Life, for this world only offers darkness.

It is Written, “They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity–for “people are slaves to whatever has mastered them.” 2 Peter 2:19

“They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity….” For we are coming into the time of Spirit and Truth. For the Father searches the lands, seeking those who will worship Him in the Spirit. For many years I have seen how people are taught to come and listen to the Word of the Lord, but Spiritual Worship is not yet seen. When speaking to the Women at the well, She asked about the worshipers on their mountain and how she was told only the True Worshipers are in Jerusalem. Jesus quickly corrected her and said, Neither this mountain or in Jesus, for the Father is Spirit and seeks those who will Worship Him in Spirit. For it is written that there are many spirits, but only One Spirit of Truth. “…For people are slaves to whatever has mastered them.” Do not be lead by the lies of this world. For if you are to be saved, you need to seek the guidance of the Father Spirit. Jesus dead to make way for the Holy Spirit, He who would came after Him to teach and instruct. For by The Holy Spirit, you will be shown Truth and lead by the Spirit.

Prayer: Father, As the Hour glass winds down, I Pray that you speak to the Hearts of those who have been mislead. I Pray that the Holy Spirit meet your Children who have been marked to enter your Holy Kingdom!

Day 497 Acts 7:1-60

Thanksgiving: I Thank you Lord for Faith, for knowledge can not understand the depth of your power! By faith we are given Authority over beings who were made before us! By Faith we are acquitted of all sin’s and brought into redemption! By Faith, we were destine for Hell fire, but now welcome into the Body of Christ! I give thanks daily for the Blessings you have bestowed upon your Children!

It is Written, “Then the high priest asked Stephen, “Are these charges true?” To this he replied: “Brothers and fathers, listen to me! The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham while he was still in Mesopotamia, before he lived in Harran. ‘Leave your country and your people,’ God said, ‘and go to the land I will show you.’ “So he left the land of the Chaldeans and settled in Harran. After the death of his father, God sent him to this land where you are now living. He gave him no inheritance here, not even enough ground to set his foot on. But God promised him that he and his descendants after him would possess the land, even though at that time Abraham had no child. God spoke to him in this way: ‘For four hundred years your descendants will be strangers in a country not their own, and they will be enslaved and mistreated. But I will punish the nation they serve as slaves,’ God said, ‘and afterward they will come out of that country and worship me in this place.’ Then he gave Abraham the covenant of circumcision. And Abraham became the father of Isaac and circumcised him eight days after his birth. Later Isaac became the father of Jacob, and Jacob became the father of the twelve patriarchs. “Because the patriarchs were jealous of Joseph, they sold him as a slave into Egypt. But God was with him and rescued him from all his troubles. He gave Joseph wisdom and enabled him to gain the goodwill of Pharaoh king of Egypt. So Pharaoh made him ruler over Egypt and all his palace. “Then a famine struck all Egypt and Canaan, bringing great suffering, and our ancestors could not find food. When Jacob heard that there was grain in Egypt, he sent our forefathers on their first visit. On their second visit, Joseph told his brothers who he was, and Pharaoh learned about Joseph’s family. After this, Joseph sent for his father Jacob and his whole family, seventy-five in all. Then Jacob went down to Egypt, where he and our ancestors died. Their bodies were brought back to Shechem and placed in the tomb that Abraham had bought from the sons of Hamor at Shechem for a certain sum of money. “As the time drew near for God to fulfill his promise to Abraham, the number of our people in Egypt had greatly increased. Then ‘a new king, to whom Joseph meant nothing, came to power in Egypt.’ He dealt treacherously with our people and oppressed our ancestors by forcing them to throw out their newborn babies so that they would die. “At that time Moses was born, and he was no ordinary child. For three months he was cared for by his family. When he was placed outside, Pharaoh’s daughter took him and brought him up as her own son. Moses was educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and was powerful in speech and action. “When Moses was forty years old, he decided to visit his own people, the Israelites. He saw one of them being mistreated by an Egyptian, so he went to his defense and avenged him by killing the Egyptian. Moses thought that his own people would realize that God was using him to rescue them, but they did not. The next day Moses came upon two Israelites who were fighting. He tried to reconcile them by saying, ‘Men, you are brothers; why do you want to hurt each other?’ “But the man who was mistreating the other pushed Moses aside and said, ‘Who made you ruler and judge over us? Are you thinking of killing me as you killed the Egyptian yesterday?’ When Moses heard this, he fled to Midian, where he settled as a foreigner and had two sons. “After forty years had passed, an angel appeared to Moses in the flames of a burning bush in the desert near Mount Sinai. When he saw this, he was amazed at the sight. As he went over to get a closer look, he heard the Lord say: ‘I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.’ Moses trembled with fear and did not dare to look. “Then the Lord said to him, ‘Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground. I have indeed seen the oppression of my people in Egypt. I have heard their groaning and have come down to set them free. Now come, I will send you back to Egypt.’ “This is the same Moses they had rejected with the words, ‘Who made you ruler and judge?’ He was sent to be their ruler and deliverer by God himself, through the angel who appeared to him in the bush. He led them out of Egypt and performed wonders and signs in Egypt, at the Red Sea and for forty years in the wilderness. “This is the Moses who told the Israelites, ‘God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your own people.’ He was in the assembly in the wilderness, with the angel who spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our ancestors; and he received living words to pass on to us. “But our ancestors refused to obey him. Instead, they rejected him and in their hearts turned back to Egypt. They told Aaron, ‘Make us gods who will go before us. As for this fellow Moses who led us out of Egypt–we don’t know what has happened to him!’ That was the time they made an idol in the form of a calf. They brought sacrifices to it and reveled in what their own hands had made. But God turned away from them and gave them over to the worship of the sun, moon and stars. This agrees with what is written in the book of the prophets: ” ‘Did you bring me sacrifices and offerings forty years in the wilderness, people of Israel? You have taken up the tabernacle of Molek and the star of your god Rephan, the idols you made to worship. Therefore I will send you into exile’ beyond Babylon. “Our ancestors had the tabernacle of the covenant law with them in the wilderness. It had been made as God directed Moses, according to the pattern he had seen. After receiving the tabernacle, our ancestors under Joshua brought it with them when they took the land from the nations God drove out before them. It remained in the land until the time of David, who enjoyed God’s favor and asked that he might provide a dwelling place for the God of Jacob. But it was Solomon who built a house for him. 48 “However, the Most High does not live in houses made by human hands. As the prophet says: ” ‘Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build for me? says the Lord. Or where will my resting place be? Has not my hand made all these things?’ “You stiff-necked people! Your hearts and ears are still uncircumcised. You are just like your ancestors: You always resist the Holy Spirit! Was there ever a prophet your ancestors did not persecute? They even killed those who predicted the coming of the Righteous One. And now you have betrayed and murdered him– you who have received the law that was given through angels but have not obeyed it.” When the members of the Sanhedrin heard this, they were furious and gnashed their teeth at him. But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. “Look,” he said, “I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.” At this they covered their ears and, yelling at the top of their voices, they all rushed at him, dragged him out of the city and began to stone him. Meanwhile, the witnesses laid their coats at the feet of a young man named Saul. While they were stoning him, Stephen prayed, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.” Then he fell on his knees and cried out, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them.” When he had said this, he fell asleep.” Acts 7:1-60

Prayer: Father, I Pray that you give us strength like Stephen, To be lead by the Spirit and through the Spirit speak the Word of Truth, even when death is upon us, I pray these things in Jesus Name, Amen!

Day 496 Proverbs 16:1-9

Thanksgiving: I Thank you Lord for Direction, For you direct my life and path where you are calling me to! I Thank you that you are the light that guides me home when I am far away. Daily my prayers are with those who have strayed from the path, I believe that no one is to far away to return home!

It is Written, “To humans belong the plans of the heart, but from the LORD comes the proper answer of the tongue. All a person’s ways seem pure to them, but motives are weighed by the LORD. Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans. The LORD works out everything to its proper end– even the wicked for a day of disaster. The LORD detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished. Through love and faithfulness sin is atoned for; through the fear of the LORD evil is avoided. When the LORD takes pleasure in anyone’s way, he causes their enemies to make peace with them. Better a little with righteousness than much gain with injustice. In their hearts humans plan their course, but the LORD establishes their steps.” Proverbs 16:1-9

Prayer: Father, I Pray that you continually guide out steps through this world, even though are hearts are wicked, your Plans will be made complete in Jesus Name, Amen!
